Rebranding of the People’s Housing Programme (PPR) as the People’s
Residency Programme (PRR).
Featuring new concepts with better quality and affordable
prices.
A total of 68,803 People-Friendly Houses (PMR) have been built
nationwide since its introduction.
Recipients under the PMR programme only pay RM55,000
or RM300 per month interest-free for 16 years.
