INTRODUCTION
Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKLW) has introduced the Rural
Transformation in improving the welfare of rural communities thoroughly and effectively.
The concept of rural development is to let them have the variety of accessibility and
the same facilities enjoyed by residents in the city.
In addition, the involvement of the private sector in economic activity, entrepreneurship
and employment opportunities in rural areas can also generate income and a change
of attitude and mind set must be there in order to increase knowledge and skills. The
improvement of social amenities without jeopardizing the surrounding and communities
can encourage young people to continue living there and build a bright future in rural
areas.
