Effective 1st January 2021, Majaari
Services Sdn Bhd, which previously
tasked with managing the state’s
sewerage system will hand over
operations to Federal Government under
Indah Water Konsortium (IWK). Through
the initiative, 33 septic tanks and 13
pump stations will take over by IWK
and provide cleaning services to 81,275
individual septic tanks and 259,343
traditional tanks in Kelantan.
