TERRITORIES PROFILE
Malaysia consists of Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. It has 13 states namely Pahang,
Terengganu, Perlis, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Perak, Kedah, Kelantan, Penang, Malacca,
Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal Territories consists of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya.
Malaysia’s projected population for 2018 is 32.6 million people. The population growth rate as a
whole was 0.6 percent.
