OF LABUAN
The Federal Territory of Labuan was declared on 16th April 1984. The Labuan city
formerly known as Victoria in the colonial era was among the cleanest cities in
Malaysia. The island has received a declaration as Offshore Financial Centre and
Tax Free Port on 1st October 1990.
