Establishment of Hope Fund Malaysia
Based on the current state of the country's economy and the people's concern
over the country's debt position, there is awareness among Malaysians to help the
Government. The people are willing to share their income by providing donations
and sincere donations to the Government to address the issue.
The Government would like to express sincere appreciation to the people of
Malaysia especially the donors of Hope Fund Malaysia who have donated to the
Fund since it was formed on 31 May 2018. Hope Fund Malaysia is a symbol of
patriotism to help the Federal Government settle its national debt. The Hope Fund
Malaysia account was officially closed on 31 December 31 2018.
